Independent technology platform

MyListings.me is an independent publishing and link-sharing technology platform for real estate professionals. It is not a real estate brokerage, multiple listing service, listing board or trade association. MyListings.me does not represent buyers or sellers or provide real estate trading services through the platform, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by any brokerage unless explicitly stated. The founder may separately be licensed to provide real estate services, but that professional role is separate from operating MyListings.me.

Your account and content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information, listings, images, trademarks and links you publish. You must have the rights or permission needed to upload and display the content you submit.

Professional titles and credentials

You may use professional titles, brokerage names and marks only when you are entitled to do so and when your use follows the applicable laws, licensing rules and brand standards. Email verification confirms control of an email address only. It is not professional credential verification.

Listings

Property information can change quickly. Account holders are responsible for updating, hiding or removing listings that are sold, expired, withdrawn or otherwise no longer current. MyListings.me does not independently verify listing information.

Guides & Resources

Account holders may publish optional guides, downloadable PDFs and resource links, or use a personal email follow-up option for a visitor request. Account holders are responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights to distribute those materials. When lead capture is used, visitors are shown consent language before automatic access or before submitting a personal follow-up request. Account holders are responsible for using guide-lead information only in ways permitted by the visitor’s consent and by applicable privacy, anti-spam, licensing and professional rules. MyListings.me does not guarantee that a guide request will become a client or transaction.

Homepage exposure

Eligible members may choose to participate in rotating homepage exposure. Participation does not guarantee placement, a particular frequency of placement, traffic, leads or business. Community pages are selected automatically and do not represent a ranking, recommendation, endorsement or preferred-agent designation by MyListings.me. Eligibility can depend on having a complete public professional profile with a suitable identity image, name, brokerage, short bio and at least one direct contact method. A city, office address and active listing are not required for homepage eligibility.

Referral Network

The Referral Network is an optional member-to-member introduction feature. Participation is voluntary. MyListings.me does not select, recommend, rank, supervise or guarantee participating real estate professionals, and a referral request does not create an agency, brokerage, employment or partnership relationship with MyListings.me.

Members are responsible for determining whether another professional is properly licensed, qualified and permitted to receive a referral in the relevant jurisdiction. Referral fees, compensation, brokerage approvals, representation requirements and client consent must be handled directly between the professionals and their brokerages as required. Do not include client names, contact details, financial information or other private client information in the initial MyListings.me referral request.

Acceptable use

Do not use MyListings.me for spam, fraud, malware, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, deceptive advertising, illegal activity or content that infringes another party's rights. We may suspend or remove accounts or content that create security, legal or abuse concerns. Site-owner moderation tools may be used to suspend, reactivate or permanently remove abusive accounts.

Deleting your account

You can request permanent account deletion from the signed-in Account section. Deletion removes the account from the live application and cannot be undone. A deleted username may become available for someone else to register. Hosting backups may retain an older copy temporarily until normal backup rotation completes.

Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change as MyListings.me develops, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent storage of user content.

External links

MyListings.me can redirect visitors to websites controlled by account holders or third parties. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those destinations.

Future paid services

MyListings.me may introduce optional paid features in the future. Any pricing, verification program or additional paid terms will be presented before an account holder purchases those services.
