Independent service

MyListings.me is an independent publishing and link-sharing service for real estate professionals. It is not a real estate brokerage, multiple listing service, listing board or trade association, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by any brokerage unless explicitly stated.

Your account and content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information, listings, images, trademarks and links you publish. You must have the rights or permission needed to upload and display the content you submit.

Professional titles and credentials

You may use professional titles, brokerage names and marks only when you are entitled to do so and when your use follows the applicable laws, licensing rules and brand standards. Email verification confirms control of an email address only. It is not professional credential verification.

Listings

Property information can change quickly. Account holders are responsible for updating, hiding or removing listings that are sold, expired, withdrawn or otherwise no longer current. MyListings.me does not independently verify listing information.

Acceptable use

Do not use MyListings.me for spam, fraud, malware, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, deceptive advertising, illegal activity or content that infringes another party's rights. We may suspend or remove accounts or content that create security, legal or abuse concerns.

Deleting your account

You can request permanent account deletion from the signed-in Account section. Deletion removes the account from the live application and cannot be undone. A deleted username may become available for someone else to register. Hosting backups may retain an older copy temporarily until normal backup rotation completes.

Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change as MyListings.me develops, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent storage of user content.

External links

MyListings.me can redirect visitors to websites controlled by account holders or third parties. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those destinations.

Future paid services

MyListings.me may introduce optional paid features in the future. Any pricing, verification program or additional paid terms will be presented before an account holder purchases those services.
