What MyListings.me collects
Account holders provide an email address, username, password and any profile, listing, contact or link information they choose to publish. Passwords are stored using one-way password hashing and are not stored as plain text.
Traffic and click information
MyListings.me records basic page-view and click counts so account holders can understand which listings and links receive attention. We may also record a referral source when a browser provides one or when a visitor arrives through a source-tagged link. Some browsers and apps do not provide referral information, so reporting can be incomplete.
MyListings.me is designed around aggregate analytics. It does not require account holders to identify individual visitors.
Uploaded content
Profile and listing images uploaded by account holders are stored on the MyListings.me server and may be publicly accessible when used on a public profile or property page.
Account email addresses are used for account verification, password recovery and service-related messages. Public contact email addresses are optional and are displayed only when an account holder chooses to provide one.
Account deletion
Signed-in account holders can permanently delete their account from Account settings. The deletion flow requires a second confirmation, the current password and a typed confirmation phrase. Deleting an account removes its profile, listings, links, analytics, uploaded account images and account record from the live application. The deleted username may become available for another person to register.
Backups and legal requirements
Server or hosting backups may temporarily contain older copies until those backups rotate or expire. We may also retain information when required by law or when necessary to investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents.
Third-party destinations
MyListings.me pages can link to third-party websites and social networks. Those services have their own privacy practices.
Future changes
This policy will be updated before materially different tracking, advertising or paid features are introduced.
