Built because I wanted a better way to share my listings.

MyListings.me started with a simple problem. As a licensed real estate professional, I wanted one easy link I could share on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, in emails and anywhere else potential buyers might find me.

I wanted that page to put my current listings first, make them easy to view on a phone, and give buyers a quick way to contact me or visit my other websites and social channels.

Most importantly, I didn't want a page filled with distracting advertising, especially ads that could send a potential buyer to another real estate agent.

I couldn't find a simple option that worked quite the way I wanted, so I created MyListings.me.

Listings first

Your photo and contact information are at the top. Your current listings are front and centre. Your website, YouTube channel and social media links are there too, but your properties remain the focus.

There are no display ads competing for your visitors' attention on your MyListings.me page.

Once your profile is set up, a typical new listing should take only about 30 to 60 seconds to add. When a property sells, you can update it or remove it just as easily.

Another place to put your listings in front of buyers

The idea is simple: give real estate professionals another easy way to expose their listings to potential buyers while giving sellers one more place where their property is being promoted.

MyListings.me isn't meant to replace your brokerage website, MLS® exposure, property websites or social media. It gives you one clean, mobile-friendly link that brings your listings and online presence together.

Built by someone who sells real estate

MyListings.me was created by Don St Germain, a licensed real estate professional based in Victoria, British Columbia. I know what it's like to market listings, keep sellers informed, and look for practical ways to get properties in front of more potential buyers.

I also wanted this to be something I would actually use myself: quick to update, easy for clients to understand, and simple enough that it doesn't become another piece of software you have to manage.

Simple on purpose

You shouldn't need technical skills, a web designer or an hour of your day to add a property. Sign in, add the basic listing information and photo, save it, and you're done.

MyListings.me is free for real estate professionals to use, and the goal is to keep the core service clean, practical and focused on listings.
